CHAIR YOGA
A gentle yoga class in which the poses are performed while using the aid of the chair in a seated or standing position (no mat work). Increase flexibility, strength, and body awareness, while also using breath and meditation techniques to help improve mental clarity, focus, and relaxation. All Levels/Beginner & Prenatal Friendly
ENERCHI
Meditation in motion: A blend of Tai Chi forms, Qigong exercises, breathwork and meditation to increase strength, improve flexibility, develop an awareness of your body to improve balance and enhance overall well-being. This practice is typically done in a standing position however a chair can be used if needed. (no mat work) All Levels/Beginner & Prenatal Friendly
ENERGETIC PILATES
Build strength, stamina, and confidence in this fast-paced, full-body Pilates class designed for advanced beginners to intermediate movers. Energetic Pilates with Brandi builds upon foundational mat work while incorporating the Pilates ring and wall for added challenge, support, and variety. Some Pilates experience is recommended. This class is ideal for those ready to move beyond the basics and elevate their Pilates practice.
MELLOW PILATES
Slow down and move with intention in this gentle, beginner-friendly Pilates class designed to support ease, awareness, and mindful strength. Mellow Pilates with Brandi focuses on slow, controlled movements and smooth flow progressions using the mat, wall, and Pilates ring for added support and stability. With a relaxed pace and mellow music, this class emphasizes proper alignment, breath, and foundational core strength while encouraging a calm, unrushed experience. MORNING MOVEMENT
Ease into your day with gentle stretching, breath-focused movement, and mindful mobility. The class gradually builds in pace and energy, blending elements of yoga, tai chi inspired flow, and light dynamic movement. You'll leave feeling loose, awake, and ready to step into the rest of your day.
MORNING STRENGTH
Start your day by building strength and energy through simple, effective movement. This class uses body weight and light weights in a variety of circuit style exercises designed to work the whole body. Movements focus on building strength, stability, and endurance while keeping the pace engaging and accessible.
PLAY DATES W/ LIZ
“Play Dates” with Liz are weekly rotating workshops for adults where we learn something and practice something. Each session explores different real life wellness topics from nervous system regulation to boundaries, self-trust, and stress support. Spend time learning, conversing, reflecting, and practicing simple tools you can use in everyday life. No experience needed... just curiosity. Bring your journal for reflections.
RESTORATIVE
Restorative yoga is a gentle practice designed to promote deep relaxation and reduce stress. It involves holding passive poses for extended periods — usually 5 to 10 minutes — while using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to provide complete physical support. This practice emphasizes letting go of tension, calming the nervous system, and creating space for the body and mind to fully relax. The stillness and comfort found in each pose encourage a sense of ease, restoration, and inner peace. All Levels/Beginner & Prenatal Friendly
SINGING BOWL MEDITATION
Calm the mind, body and soul with the soothing sounds and vibrations of Quartz Crystal singing bowls and Tibetan singing bowls. Thai Mats and blankets provided. Bring any other props for your comfort (small pillow, eye covering etc). Limited gravity chairs available for those unable to lie down comfortably on a mat. No meditation experience necessary. All Levels/Beginner Friendly
SLOW-FLOW
Focuses on movements that are synchronized with deep breathing, creating a meditative practice while also gaining strength in each pose. You'll move through a series of postures at a slow and comfortable pace, allowing you to connect with your body, breath, and mind. (Chair-Friendly Slow-Flow available as well) All Levels/Beginner Friendly
SOUND BATH
Join Beth from Centered By Sound as she guides you into a deep relaxation using sound and vibration to promote self-healing for the body, mind & spirit. Relax to the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, wind instruments, string instruments and the grounding effects of the gong. Thai Mats and blankets provided. Bring any other props for your comfort (small pillow, eye covering etc). Limited gravity chairs available for those unable to lie down comfortably on a mat. No meditation experience necessary.
STRENGTH
Build strength using weights and find inner peace. Warm up with yoga breathwork and stretches to give you a mindful workout. Each session will challenge your balance, flexibility, and endurance while getting stronger and moving better. All Levels/Beginner Friendly
STRENGTH & STRETCH
Follows a specific sequence of postures helping to build strength, flexibility, balance and overall well-being. Based from the Ashtanga Short Form series which is a shorter, introductory sequence of the Ashtanga Primary series, focusing on the foundational postures and building a solid base for more advanced practices. It includes Sun Salutations, standing poses, and seated postures. Suitable for more experienced students and for those interested in learning a more challenging yoga practice.
YIN
A meditative yoga involving awareness of breath and stillness of the mind. Surrender into gentle poses for 3 - 5 minutes to target & release the deep connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, shoulders, ribs and spine. A majority of the poses are on the floor either seated or lying down. All Levels/Beginner Friendly
YOGA & SOUND
Melt into each YIN or Restorative inspired yoga pose as the soothing sounds and vibrations guide you deeper into a state of calm for the body, mind and soul. It’s a great way to quiet the mind, increase body awareness, improve flexibility and release tension from your body.
