
108 Sun Salutations: New Year’s Day Practice
Begin the New Year with intention, devotion, and a powerful reset. In this special New Year’s Day workshop, we’ll move through 108 Sun Salutations. Completed as 9 rounds of 12. We will pause briefly between each set to rest, breathe, and reconnect.
This moving meditation builds heat, clears stagnant energy, and strengthens both body and mind. Each round invites you to release what you’re ready to let go of and welcome what you want to cultivate in the year ahead. Variations and modifications will be offered so you can move at your own pace.
Join us for a grounding, transformative ritual rooted in tradition — an energizing way to step into the new year with clarity, strength, and an open heart.
This practice will take approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours to complete. There will be ample breaks, and as with all yoga you can do this at your own pace.

Ashtanga yoga follows a specific sequence of postures helping to build strength, flexibility, balance and overall well-being. We will be practicing the Ashtanga Short Form series which is a shorter, introductory sequence of the Ashtanga Primary series, focusing on the foundational postures and building a solid base for more advanced practices. It includes Sun Salutations, standing poses, and seated postures. Suitable for more experienced students and for those interested in learning a more challenging yoga practice.

Breathe | Stretch | Meditate: A meditative yoga involving awareness of breath and stillness of the mind. Surrender into gentle poses for 3 - 5 minutes to target & release the deep connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, shoulders, ribs and spine. A majority of the poses are on the floor either seated or lying down.

Surrender into a journey of rest and renewal as you are immersed in the healing vibrations of sound.
Crystal singing bowls, hand-hammered Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, and other ancient instruments weave together soothing frequencies that calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. The grounding resonance of the gong anchors the experience, creating space for release, balance, and stillness. Allow the vibrations to wash over you, guiding you into a meditative state where healing and harmony naturally arise. This experience gently supports the body, mind, and spirit, inviting deep relaxation and inner peace.
Thai mats and blankets will be provided. Feel free to bring any additional props for your comfort—such as a small pillow, eye covering, or extra blanket. Limited gravity chairs are available for those who prefer not to lie on a mat.
No meditation experience is necessary—just come as you are and allow the sounds to support your relaxation and healing.

Restorative yoga is a gentle practice designed to promote deep relaxation and reduce stress. This practice emphasizes letting go of tension, calming the nervous system, and creating space for the body and mind to fully relax. Reiki | Hands-On, Light-Touch Healing
Originating in Japan, this hands-on, light-touch healing technique is used to promote relaxation and restore balance to the energy body, with the intention of supporting the body’s own natural healing abilities. Clients often report feelings of improved mental & physical well-being, stress relief, as well as improvement with a variety of chronic and acute conditions. The Reiki practitioner's hands can either float above or be placed gently upon the body. Clients are fully clothed on a massage table, with optional blanket and eye pillow.
Sound Healing | Vibrational Sound Therapy
Utilizing a wide variety of healing sound such as Tibetan Singing Bowls and/or tuning forks, chimes, drums and more, this sound and vibration therapy technique is used to re-tune the body by shifting the frequency of the energy body – removing the lower frequencies of blocked or stagnant emotions and restoring the body back towards vibrational alignment with health.
