Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and wear comfy clothing. We have floor mats available to use but feel free to bring your own if you wish.

Tension & Trauma-Releasing Exercises or "TRE" is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep patterns of stress, tension and trauma. TRE safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking, calming down the nervous system.

Afterwards, we will share our experience (if you so choose).
