Meet your Doula,
Beth Brilinski
Beth is a trauma-informed RYT200 Yoga instructor with certifications in Prenatal Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Vibrational Sound Therapy, Sound Guided Meditation Facilitation and is a Reiki Master Practitioner.
She received her Birth Doula training & Postpartum Doula training through DONA International with advanced training in Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders through Postpartum Support International.
Beth is the founder of Sage Moon Doula & Centered By Sound LLC and is the co-founder of The Treehouse Yoga & Wellness LLC located in Bad Axe, Michigan. She holds space for group classes & events and Private Holistic Wellness Sessions.
Beth is a mom of 3 and currently resides in Ubly, Michigan with her husband of 20 years, Eric.
