Sourdough Workshop with Booms Bread Barn

Sunday, Oct. 25th @ 2pm

Join Leandra from Booms Bread Barn to learn sourdough basics including sourdough terminology, starter maintenance, making bread, stretch and folds, cold proof, baking, tips & more! There will be a hands-on portion to include stretch & folds and shaping. 

Everyone will go home with a jar of starter, recipes, information packet, and a mini sourdough loaf!

Sourdough snacks provided as well!

Cost: $30 per person
