
108 Sun Salutations: New Year’s Day Practice
Begin the New Year with intention, devotion, and a powerful reset. In this special New Year’s Day workshop, we’ll move through 108 Sun Salutations. Completed as 9 rounds of 12. We will pause briefly between each set to rest, breathe, and reconnect.
This moving meditation builds heat, clears stagnant energy, and strengthens both body and mind. Each round invites you to release what you’re ready to let go of and welcome what you want to cultivate in the year ahead. Variations and modifications will be offered so you can move at your own pace.
Join us for a grounding, transformative ritual rooted in tradition — an energizing way to step into the new year with clarity, strength, and an open heart.
This practice will take approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours to complete. There will be ample breaks, and as with all yoga you can do this at your own pace.
