Prenatal yoga is a gentle and supportive practice designed to nurture both you and your growing baby throughout pregnancy. These classes focus on building strength, increasing flexibility, and cultivating mindfulness as your body changes. Through intentional movement and breath, prenatal yoga can help ease common aches and discomforts while promoting relaxation and overall well-being.

Each class includes exercises that help you connect more deeply with your body’s natural intuition, strengthen the muscles that support pregnancy and birth, and learn calming breath techniques to manage stress and discomfort during pregnancy and labor.

Prenatal yoga can also be a valuable tool in supporting your birth intentions and preparing your body for postpartum recovery. No matter how your baby chooses to arrive, this practice helps you feel more empowered, connected, and prepared for the journey ahead.

All stages of pregnancy and all levels of yoga experience are welcome.

Cost $80 for 4 classes*

*This is a one time payment of $80 for the 4-week series. Our prenatal programs are non-refundable and no refund will be given for missed classes. However, in the event of early delivery, remaining sessions will be converted into class credits that can be used for postpartum sessions. This class is suitable for any pregnancy stage. Before registering for our program, consult your healthcare provider regarding your participation in prenatal fitness or yoga sessions. Please ensure your doctor or midwife is aware of your participation and has no objections to the exercises involved.
