Celebrate love in all its forms with this nourishing Valentine’s Day experience designed to gently open the heart and calm the nervous system.

This special class begins with heart-opening, gentle yoga to release tension, invite ease, and create space in the heartspace and shoulders. Movements will be slow, accessible, and guided with intention. Perfect for all levels.

Following yoga, we’ll then settle into a deeply restorative, heart-centered sound bath meditation. Surrounded by soothing vibrations from singing bowls and other healing instruments, you’ll be guided into stillness, allowing the sounds to support rest and inner harmony.

Afterwards you’ll be invited to enjoy heart-awakening mocktails* or warm cacao, offering a moment to pause and reflect in self-love, compassion, and connection.

This class is a beautiful way to honor yourself, share a meaningful experience with a loved one, or simply rest in the energy of love and presence.

All are welcome. No prior yoga or meditation experience necessary.

*Heart-opening mocktails are non-alcoholic beverages crafted with botanicals, adaptogens, and fruits traditionally believed to promote emotional warmth, connection, and cardiovascular health.
