Breathe | Stretch | Meditate: A meditative yoga involving awareness of breath and stillness of the mind. Surrender into gentle poses for 3 - 5 minutes to target & release the deep connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, shoulders, ribs and spine. A majority of the poses are on the floor either seated or lying down.
